TL;DR

Campaign Manager (Marketing): Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns for sales-assist audiences, direct mail, and co-marketing initiatives with an accent on pipeline contribution and account-based strategies. Focus on driving revenue through the "land and expand" model and optimizing the buyer journey for mid-market and enterprise companies.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Must work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $174,000 - $195,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own strategy and execution for targeted account programs and buying committees to drive pipeline.
  • Develop deep expertise in the product and buyer journey to build effective demand generation programs.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to create tailored marketing plans for top accounts.
  • Track and report on KPIs, including leads generated, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence.
  • Partner with Operations and BizTech to optimize go-to-market systems.
  • Manage diverse projects including events, digital campaigns, and direct mail.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building marketing programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong bias for action and a preference for experimentation over consensus.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to align sales, ops, and creative teams.
  • Deep understanding of how marketing programs connect directly to revenue and pipeline.
  • Growth mindset regarding AI and its application in marketing.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

  • Data-driven account prioritization and market research skills.
  • Experience defining new processes in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and decision-making influencers.
