Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Must work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Salary: $174,000 - $195,000 per year

What you will do
- Own strategy and execution for targeted account programs and buying committees to drive pipeline.
- Develop deep expertise in the product and buyer journey to build effective demand generation programs.
- Collaborate with global sales teams to create tailored marketing plans for top accounts.
- Track and report on KPIs, including leads generated, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence.
- Partner with Operations and BizTech to optimize go-to-market systems.
- Manage diverse projects including events, digital campaigns, and direct mail.
Requirements
- Proven experience building marketing programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
- Strong bias for action and a preference for experimentation over consensus.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to align sales, ops, and creative teams.
- Deep understanding of how marketing programs connect directly to revenue and pipeline.
- Growth mindset regarding AI and its application in marketing.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA for hybrid office attendance.

- Experience defining new processes in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
