Salary: $170K – $280K + Equity & Commission

What you will do

  • Own GTM strategy for new verticals, building pipeline and closing business end-to-end.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to align hirify.global's capabilities with industry-specific workflows and compliance.
  • Build and deliver live product demos to showcase value.
  • Develop industry-specific messaging and sales collateral with minimal support.
  • Analyze vertical-specific data ecosystems to determine how hirify.global integrates with or replaces existing tools.
  • Collaborate with the product team to feed field insights into the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Experience working in or founding a company within a specific vertical (e.g., finance, healthcare, real estate).
  • Technical fluency in data, systems, and integrations.
  • Proven track record in consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise selling.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and high bias toward action ("founder energy").
  • Experience positioning horizontal products across diverse industries.
  • Must be based in New York for hybrid work.
