Focus on driving adoption of enterprise API platform solutions and navigating complex C-suite relationships to deliver large-scale ROI.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Southern California, USA)

Salary: $320,000 - $420,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 and cloud-first companies.
  • Engage with C-suite executives (CIOs, CTOs, VPs) to position hirify.global as a critical platform solution.
  • Drive multi-threaded sales campaigns to convert high developer adoption into enterprise-wide value.
  • Lead complex solution sales cycles across API governance, security, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Design tailored value propositions and demonstrate ROI and impact at scale.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to maximize customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record in strategic account management.
  • Experience selling technical platform products such as developer tools, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in solution selling and driving multi-million dollar expansion deals.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations with thousands of users and multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Southern California, USA to travel to customers within the territory.
  • Fluency in emerging technologies, particularly agentic AI and workflow automation.
