Senior Accountant

What you will do

• Manage Accounts Receivable and revenue operations including sales order to cash cycle, invoicing, collections, rebates, and reconciliations.
• Handle full-cycle accounting tasks such as month-end/year-end closes, journal entries, accruals, multi-entity consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory movements, ensure accurate COGS and margins in a high-volume CPG environment.
• Maintain financial records in NetSuite, support U.S. contractor payroll processing, and implement process improvements and automation.
• Partner with sales, operations, and finance leadership to resolve discrepancies and enhance efficiency using advanced Excel and tools like Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation.
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in CPG or inventory-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, revenue processes, AP, payroll, and month-end reconciliations.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP, advanced Excel, and exposure to Power BI or automation tools.
• Comfortable in remote, global team with high-volume, fast-paced operations.
