TL;DR

Customer Success Lead (Web3): Building and scaling the Customer Success function for blockchain-native programmable finance infrastructure with an accent on client onboarding, retention, and growth. Focus on accelerating time-to-live, driving adoption across stablecoin programs, and establishing AI-powered processes for proactive engagement and compliance.

Location: Remote (US); available in U.S. time zones with flexible responsiveness.

What you will do

Own end-to-end client onboarding from signed agreement to first live transaction, including sandbox/prod setup and API integration.
Build and scale AI-powered LLM for proactive customer engagement, processes for issue management, and CS playbooks/dashboards.
Define success metrics, lead QBRs and health reviews to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and compliance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal) for escalations, feedback, and best practices.
Transition to leadership by hiring and coaching team members for a technology-enabled CS discipline.

Requirements

2-4 years in Customer Success or related roles, as top individual contributor ready for leadership or established leader.
Blockchain-native or passionate about crypto/payments; experienced in fintech.
Cross-functional experience with compliance, legal, risk, and finance.
Entrepreneurial mindset for building from scratch; hands-on with Intercom, Slack/Telegram, AI-driven CS tools.
Available in U.S. time zones.
