TL;DR

Lead Growth Manager (Fintech): Driving operational rigor and GTM execution for the Fintech segment to accelerate growth for high-profile clients with an accent on revenue execution, pipeline hygiene, and strategic deliverables. Focus on designing sensitivity modeling for renewals, implementing AI tooling for operational efficiency, and coordinating cross-functional GTM alignment.

Location: Remote (US); or Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $130K – $155K + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

  • Own project management for key GTM deliverables including QBRs, roadshows, renewals, and RFPs.
  • Develop renewal strategies through sensitivity modeling, pricing analysis, and risk identification.
  • Lead pipeline hygiene efforts and drive the operating cadence for the Fintech segment.
  • Act as a liaison with Marketing for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Identify process gaps and support the development of AI tools and automation strategies.
  • Provide operational leverage for pod leaders through scheduling, prioritization, and project tracking.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a highly analytical role (or 1–2 years post-MBA).
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-performance environments.
  • High attention to detail with a strong bias toward action.
