What you will do

• Manage Accounts Payable, employee credit cards, and reimbursements using Ramp.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries for month, quarter, and year-end close cycles.
• Collaborate on the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Provide documentation and support for annual external audits to ensure internal controls are audit-ready.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses for internal leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes using AI tools to reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in accounting.
• Active CPA license or currently working toward obtaining one.
• Proven knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formatting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sage Intacct.
• Experience with Ramp.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
