What you will do

• Execute month-end close processes in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting decks and provide ad-hoc insights.
• Manage revenue operations, including customer invoicing, ticket triage, and billing inquiries.
• Handle accounts payable via Brex and reconcile bank feed transactions.
• Partner with external firms to support domestic and foreign income tax filings.
• Continuously improve financial processes and serve as system owner for relevant tools.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate accounting, revenue operations, or public accounting.
• Exceptional proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
• CPA eligibility or some CPA exams passed is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge and proficiency.
• Experience working in SaaS or healthcare industries.
• Big Four public accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP migration from QuickBooks.
