What you will do

• Perform complex accounting data conversions from various CRM and accounting software to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Intacct.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
• Serve as a QuickBooks and accounting subject matter expert to contribute to product development and integration efforts.
• Manage communications and expectations for high-impact clients, engaging with personnel from payroll clerks to CFOs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional resources to meet specific client accounting business requirements.
• Anticipate project risks, mitigate issues, and escalate challenges to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (CPA preferred).
• At least 3 years of professional experience, with 1-2 years in accounting, data analysis, and client management.
• Strong professional knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
