Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $380,000 - $420,000 (Base) + annual cash bonus and equity grants

What you will do

  • Own commercial execution and full P&L accountability to drive near-term performance and durable long-term scale.
  • Expand market presence across health plans, PBMs, Medicare, government, and strategic employer channels.
  • Architect a multi-year commercial blueprint sequencing investments across B2B sales, B2C awareness, and digital acquisition.
  • Build and redesign the commercial organization, integrating AI to create tangible productivity gains.
  • Partner with Product and R&D to shape value propositions and align the roadmap with market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team to define enterprise-wide strategy, resources, and priorities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of commercial leadership experience scaling organizations through order-of-magnitude growth.
  • Proven track record in healthcare, digital health, or health services.
  • Success in payer and employer sales, including Medicare and large self-insured accounts.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care, outcomes-based contracting, and healthcare economics.
  • Expertise in organizational design and performance management through multiple growth stages.
