What you will do

• Lead large-scale technical programs for platform modernization, security, and product enablement.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Okta migration projects, including planning, risk mitigation, and delivery.
• Coordinate alignment across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Track program progress using metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Implement operational process improvements and standardize workflows.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scalable technology operations.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in technical program management.
• Advanced proficiency in Okta architecture and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Okta migration in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in AWS and modern cloud architectures.
• Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience driving enterprise-wide security or identity transformations.
• Background in platform or infrastructure modernization programs.
• Exposure to metrics-driven delivery models and operational excellence frameworks.
• Familiarity with advanced cloud security practices.
