Location: Hybrid (Seattle, San Diego, or Washington, USA)
Salary: $169,400 - $254,100 Annually

What you will do
- Drive large-scale UX initiatives from concept through release, translating strategy into structured delivery plans with clear milestones.
- Orchestrate delivery across GUI, API, SQL IDE, CLI, and AI assistant experiences to ensure global UX patterns are aligned.
- Partner with UI engineering to improve development velocity and track delivery metrics such as cycle time and release readiness.
- Manage design-to-development handoffs and coordinate UX readiness for major platform launches.
- Establish operating cadences across design, UX PM, and engineering to reduce delivery friction and improve prioritization.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical program or project management.
- Experience delivering complex UI or platform products.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and backend dependencies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with 50+ contributors.
- Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, San Diego, or Washington, USA (Hybrid)
Nice to have
- Experience with data platforms, analytics products, or AI/ML applications.
- Familiarity with conversational AI, agent frameworks, or IDE tooling.
- Experience improving DevOps maturity or UI delivery pipelines.
