What you will do

• Drive large-scale UX initiatives from concept through release, translating strategy into structured delivery plans with clear milestones.
• Orchestrate delivery across GUI, API, SQL IDE, CLI, and AI assistant experiences to ensure global UX patterns are aligned.
• Partner with UI engineering to improve development velocity and track delivery metrics such as cycle time and release readiness.
• Manage design-to-development handoffs and coordinate UX readiness for major platform launches.
• Establish operating cadences across design, UX PM, and engineering to reduce delivery friction and improve prioritization.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program or project management.
• Experience delivering complex UI or platform products.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and backend dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with 50+ contributors.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, San Diego, or Washington, USA (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience with data platforms, analytics products, or AI/ML applications.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, agent frameworks, or IDE tooling.
• Experience improving DevOps maturity or UI delivery pipelines.
