What you will do

• Define and maintain the Workday Compensation roadmap, including SIP configuration and allowances setup.
• Own the configuration and governance of compensation modules during annual and mid-year cycles.
• Ensure system data integrity, validation controls, and audit readiness.
• Govern job architecture systems, ensuring alignment between JDXpert and GGS.
• Lead technical enhancements to improve automation and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with P&C Tech and Finance to implement technical solutions and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in compensation analysis.
• Proficiency in Workday Core and Advanced.
• Experience using MarketPay and survey platforms to provide data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City
