TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and implement national compensation strategies and executive reward programs in partnership with leadership and external consultants.
  • Manage the end-to-end annual merit increase, bonus distribution, and equity grant processes.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable job architecture, including leveling and benchmarking for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Advise business leaders on the management and design of incentive compensation programs.
  • Lead regular audits to ensure internal equity and compliance with transparency laws.
  • Optimize compensation processes and systems utilizing financial modeling and data visualization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of total rewards experience, including managing distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and AI-driven platforms for data automation and modeling.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, data visualization, and advanced proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
  • Experience managing Equity ISO, RSUs, and Stock Options.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead change management for compensation transformations.
  • Must be based in the US to align with national growth and company benefits.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
