What you will do

  • Manage the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio end-to-end, from launch through lifecycle management to deprecation.
  • Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with the broader hardware strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Lead new initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery, PRDs, vendor selection, validation, and launch.
  • Conduct research with merchants to uncover workflow friction and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
  • Drive supplier accountability across feature sets, quality, cost, and lead times.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Ops, Support, and Finance teams to ensure clean launches and portfolio profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in hardware or hardware-enabled SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of shipping at least 1–2 hardware products end-to-end.
  • Direct experience with hospitality workflows, including Payments, POS, Mobile POS, KDS, and Kiosks.
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership across Product, Design, Ops/Supply Chain, and GTM.
  • Ability to perform data-driven decision making using unit economics and cohort analysis.
  • English: Fluency required for working in a global environment.
