Location: Remote, or Hybrid in Tualatin (OR), Vancouver (CAN), Franklin (TN), Fremont (CA), or Jacksonville (FL)

Salary: $91,200 - $135,200 per year

What you will do

• Manage assigned product lines through the full lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and end-of-life.
• Develop product roadmaps and align requirements with the overall company strategy.
• Conduct competitive analysis and validate market requirements in coordination with Strategy and Sales teams.
• Create product documentation, including business cases, technical requirements, and sales tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ensure successful product development and market launch.
• Monitor product performance and prepare reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the power distribution equipment industry, preferably with switchgear.
• Technical knowledge of low voltage power distribution products, markets, and applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
