Hardware Product Manager

What you will do

• Own the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio end-to-end.
• Define and land a multi-quarter roadmap aligned to the broader Hardware strategy.
• Lead new initiatives through the full lifecycle.
• Spend time with merchants to uncover workflow friction and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
• Drive supplier accountability across feature set, quality, cost, and lead times.
• Lead by influence teams across Product, Design, Hardware Ops, Support, GTM, Finance, and Legal to execute launches cleanly and improve portfolio profitability.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in a hardware or hardware-enabled SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of the full hardware lifecycle.
• Direct experience with Hospitality workflows: Payments, POS, Mobile POS, Kitchen Display Systems, Kiosk, Networking.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Design, Ops/Supply Chain, Support, GTM.
• As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
