What you will do

• Own the BUSY product end-to-end, ensuring cohesion between hardware, apps, and integrations.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the BUSY Bar and BUSY App.
• Specify key user scenarios including focus modes, timers, distraction blocking, and automations.
• Transform user feedback and community signals into actionable product requirements and tasks.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine features and technical specifications.
• Monitor and optimize onboarding, activation, and retention metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Lead.
• Proven track record of hands-on product ownership in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work effectively at the intersection of consumer hardware and software.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, and cross-platform logic.
• Experience writing clear, concise product requirements without fluff.
• Strong prioritization skills grounded in data and user signals.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer hardware or connected devices.
• Background in productivity tools or behavioral UX.
• Familiarity with automation and developer-facing features.
• Experience with community-driven product development.
