What you will do
- Define and drive long-term product strategy for SMB and Business Plus offerings, improving adoption, retention, and revenue.
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap, shipping features for multi-project workflows.
- Establish success metrics like adoption, expansion, and monetization, refining direction with data.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, analytics, research, and go-to-market teams.
- Shape pricing, packaging, and value propositions to boost conversion and willingness to pay.
- Drive A/B testing and pricing experiments to validate learnings and inform decisions.
Requirements
- Track record of shipping 0-to-1 or ambiguous products with business impact in growth, monetization, or platforms.
- Strong product judgment balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints with high autonomy.
- Experience in marketplace, labor marketplace, or SaaS environments with multi-sided dynamics.
- Data-driven approach with fluency in analytics and experimentation.
- Ability to integrate AI into product workflows for insights and iteration.
