What you will do

  • Define and own product strategy for HotStats portfolio, translating business objectives into roadmaps and outcomes.
  • Build product management operating model including governance, prioritization, and delivery standards.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Drive portfolio-level decisions on building, enhancing, or retiring products based on value.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop product management teams.
  • Represent product organization in executive forums and customer engagements.
  • Assess market trends, competition, and customer needs for product differentiation.

Requirements

  • 9+ years in B2B SaaS product management with increasing scope
  • 5+ years leading and developing product management teams
  • Proven experience defining portfolio strategy and delivering complex roadmaps
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset for ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Experience building or scaling product management functions highly desirable

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hospitality technology or financial data products (hotel P&L, benchmarking, USALI)
  • Experience in transformation environments like post-acquisition integration
