What you will do

• Drive technical solutions for complex features and manage end-to-end system architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on feature sizing, delivery planning, and technical feasibility.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives at Fortune 500 retail and hospitality clients.
• Create and execute success plans aligned with client KPIs and business goals.
• Identify account growth opportunities and gather client feedback for roadmap improvements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Customer Success, or Account Management.
• 5+ years of experience in program planning, roadmapping, and backlog management.
• Ability to read and understand .NET and C# code.
• Practical experience with SQL for data retrieval.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and the SDLC.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with retail, hospitality, or foodservice industry clients.
• Experience with AWS or Azure services.
• Advisory experience in cross-functional projects.
