Salary: $65,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Build and manage proactive talent pipelines across Technology and Product teams
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Perform proactive outreach, engagement, and initial technical screening
• Partner with recruiters and managers to ensure seamless candidate experiences
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing efficiency and maintain pipeline data in Greenhouse

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in fintech
• Demonstrated ability to source technical talent in Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product, Data Science
• Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Proven resume review and initial screening skills
• Strong communication, organization, and consultative mindset

Nice to have

• Fintech or financial services experience
• Experience with Data Science, AI/ML, or Quantitative roles
