What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from outreach to offer acceptance for technical roles
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through research, outreach, and sourcing beyond inbound
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align profiles, and report progress
• Collaborate with peers to share insights, coordinate activities, and enhance efficiency
• Use tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and AI for tracking, workflows, and outreach

Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical roles
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates with research and tools
• Ability to partner with managers and provide clear pipeline updates
• Experience with ATS like Greenhouse and sourcing tools like Gem
• Manage multiple roles, adapt to priorities, maintain workflows
• Comfort with AI tools in recruiting
