Salary Range: $110,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines
• Own full-cycle recruiting from screening to offer, including creative sourcing via research, referrals, and events
• Partner with coordinators and operations for efficient workflows, manage pipeline metrics, and provide insights
• Deeply learn team products, roadmaps, and culture to position roles effectively
• Build expertise in skills, target companies, and trends to guide strategies and run external agencies for niche roles
• Deliver proactive candidate experiences and use data to influence hiring

Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical/engineering roles
• Proven track record closing complex technical positions
• Experience partnering with managers on scoping, strategy, and evaluation
• Strong understanding of engineering roles (software, hardware, systems, manufacturing)
• Ability to manage multiple searches with attention to detail
• Data-driven with ATS (Greenhouse preferred), sourcing tools, and interview practices experience

Nice to have

• Defense, aerospace, or regulated industry recruiting experience
• High-growth or early-stage company background
• Tools: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Pave, Asana
