What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Product and Engineering leadership to align talent acquisition with the long-term roadmap.
  • Design and implement "AI-first" sourcing and engagement strategies to eliminate administrative overhead.
  • Manage the full-cycle technical recruiting process using Ashby, ensuring high speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Utilize talent analytics to extract insights, identify bottlenecks, and influence hiring managers to maintain a high talent bar.
  • Navigate complex offer negotiations to close top-tier candidates in highly competitive markets.

Requirements

  • Strong fluency in Product and Engineering terminology, including scalability and system design.
  • Proven experience as an AI power-user or a background in recruitment automation.
  • High level of proficiency with Ashby or a similar high-performance ATS.
  • Experience working in-house within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • Ability to strategically influence hiring managers and set accountability standards.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid work.
