What you will do

• Coordinate resourcing for design, CGI, and retouching teams to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Monitor daily work in progress to ensure on-time delivery and resource optimization.
• Manage project schedules and resource bookings in collaboration with discipline leads and producers.
• Forecast, source, and onboard freelance resources to meet fluctuating demand and manage vendor relations.
• Analyze resource reporting to provide data-driven insights for studio leadership.
• Collaborate with global teams across different time zones to load-balance work and ensure continuity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (San Francisco, CA) for hybrid work.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a CGI-led studio environment.
• Strong understanding of CGI pipelines including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Familiarity with CGI tools such as Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Redshift, or Houdini.
• Proficiency in Mac OS and cloud-based resource management tools like Flow or Workfront.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
