TL;DR

Director, Resourcing and Creative Operations: Lead resourcing strategy and creative operations across integrated campaigns, content, and experiential projects with an accent on talent allocation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on developing scalable frameworks for capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization to ensure efficient delivery of best-in-class work.

Location: New York, New York. Ability to work on-site at our office 4x days per week.

Salary: $150,000-$170,000/year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end resourcing across Creative, Production, Strategy, and Project Management, developing scalable frameworks for capacity, utilization, and project needs.
  • Partner with Client Services and Project Management to forecast work, identify gaps, and plan staffing solutions, deploying right talent to projects.
  • Build operational workflows for Creative team from concept to execution, managing prioritization, timelines, overlaps, and bandwidth to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Act as central connector between departments, leading weekly resourcing meetings for alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Optimize tools like Airtable for resourcing and operations, developing reporting on utilization, capacity, burn, and forecasting aligned with budgets.
  • Oversee freelance strategy, onboarding, allocation, cost management, and maintain high-quality freelance network.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in resourcing, operations, or project/production management in creative agency or experiential studio
  • Proven experience with project management tools (Airtable, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet); Airtable experience a significant plus
  • Strong operational fluency in project workflows, scoping, timelines, capacity planning, cross-functional coordination
  • Experience aligning resourcing with Project Management teams and delivery needs
  • Operational mindset to build scalable systems and processes; deep understanding of creative workflows
  • Financial acumen for utilization, forecasting, budget alignment; exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in New York office 4x days per week
