What you will do

• Manage technology projects from initiation to completion, meeting timelines, scope, and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for accountability and clear communication
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies with regular leadership updates
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items
• Build relationships with internal teams and business partners
• Use tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira for planning and monitoring
• Support budgeting, reporting, and resource planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project/Program Management, Business Administration, or related
• 2+ years managing technology projects across full lifecycle
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale budgets and global teams
• Familiarity with data visualization and presenting to diverse audiences
• Microsoft 365, Jira, Smartsheet experience
• PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master certification
