Proposal Manager

TL;DR

Proposal Manager: Develop and execute winning proposals in support of sales teams responding to commercial and public sector RFx/tenders with an accent on bid strategy, win themes, storyboarding, and client-centric content creation. Focus on analyzing requirements, leading virtual pursuit teams, ensuring compliance, QA, and persuasiveness in large complex deals.

Location: Austin, TX (#LI-Remote)

Salary: $75,000 - $118,000 a year

What you will do

• Analyze RFx requirements, evaluate intake surveys for go/no-go decisions, and advise on high-quality submissions by deadlines.
• Lead virtual pursuit teams, develop detailed proposal plans with schedules and requirements matrices, identify risks, and escalate issues.
• Guide sellers on win themes, storyboarding responses, create and edit content ensuring compliance with strategy and client instructions.
• Provide QA on proposals for consistency, branding, and "one TTEC" presentation, collaborating with SMEs across organizations.
• Manage and moderate content in Responsive library with Finance, Legal, Human Capital, and use internal AI tools for efficiency.
• Support data tracking on win rates in Dynamics 365 CRM and collaborate with TTEC Engage, platform manufacturers, and primes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in proposal development, 3-5 years leading the response process with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong background in win strategies, proposal plans, and key deliverables.
• Proven writing, editing, proofing skills; experience leading remote teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (MS Teams, D365, SharePoint); basic graphic principles.
• Understanding of Responsive (RFPIO) or similar RFP platforms desired; APMP/Shipley experience a plus.

• APMP certification.
• Experience with contact center technology, professional services, or cloud hyperscalers.
