What you will do

• Strategically partner with the Producer and Production Manager on overall scheduling and labor week allocation.
• Forecast weekly quotas, department milestones, and inventory changes to manage overtime and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the Production Designer to assign tasks and monitor artist progress and workload.
• Maintain ShotGrid with accurate statuses and create department reports to document workflows.
• Coordinate cross-site deliver schedules and feedback with colleagues in Los Angeles and Madrid.
• Mentor and support Production Coordinators and Production Assistants for professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production management for animation.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor for design on an animated feature.
• Extensive experience using ShotGrid or comparable tracking software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Strong managerial expertise leading teams in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Must be based in the tri-state area (Connecticut, New York, or New Jersey).
