Location: Home based in Charlotte, NC; requires 50-75% travel within the assigned territory

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth through consultative selling at all account levels within the territory.
  • Prospect for new business and actively expand the territory size.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and consultant services to increase overall value to the customer.
  • Determine pricing and service levels and coordinate customer quotations.
  • Coordinate with local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure inventory levels and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales position with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Chemistry (preferred).
  • Knowledge of waste management services involving chemical handling, recycling, and disposal preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop successful business relationships.
  • Excellent problem solving and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory.
