Salary: $95,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Drive planning, forecasting, and sell-in for US Mass Scenting brands in partnership with Global Marketing Teams.
• Create and activate comprehensive 360 marketing plans supporting both core products and innovations.
• Generate brand-specific innovation P&Ls and drive necessary approvals.
• Present new launches and marketing plans directly to retail customers.
• Lead consumer-centric strategies and maintain brand tool-kits on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related marketing experience specifically in a beauty category.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York, NY to meet hybrid requirements.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confidence and experience in public speaking.
