Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 USD

What you will do
- Synthesize insights from VOC programs, primary/secondary research, and first-party data to analyze market trends.
- Manage and analyze brand health, awareness, and shopper journey tracking studies.
- Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to make insights accessible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Product, Strategy) to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with external research vendors to ensure high-quality data collection and study execution.
- Contribute to AI best practices and enterprise-level strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field with 6+ years of experience (or HS diploma with 10+ years).
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid schedule out of Deerfield, IL.
- Proven experience with brand health tracking, consumer research, and syndicated data.
- Proficiency in building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience working with research platforms like Qualtrics or Ipsos.
- Background in CPG, consumer durables, or retail industries.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with syndicated data platforms such as NIQ, Circana, or Kantar.
