What you will do

• Synthesize insights from VOC programs, primary/secondary research, and first-party data to analyze market trends.
• Manage and analyze brand health, awareness, and shopper journey tracking studies.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to make insights accessible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Product, Strategy) to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with external research vendors to ensure high-quality data collection and study execution.
• Contribute to AI best practices and enterprise-level strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field with 6+ years of experience (or HS diploma with 10+ years).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid schedule out of Deerfield, IL.
• Proven experience with brand health tracking, consumer research, and syndicated data.
• Proficiency in building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience working with research platforms like Qualtrics or Ipsos.
• Background in CPG, consumer durables, or retail industries.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with syndicated data platforms such as NIQ, Circana, or Kantar.
