Senior Brand Manager

TL;DR

Senior Brand Manager (Beauty/Ecommerce): Own day-to-day brand performance and in-market execution for portfolio beauty and skincare brands with an accent on annual planning, retail activations, and cross-functional partnerships. Focus on leading social media team, translating strategy into go-to-market plans, and ensuring cohesive brand story across retail, social, ecommerce, and media.

Location: Fully remote in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, or California. Occasional travel (<10%) for meetings or events.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Own brand performance, annual planning, and accountability for revenue and activation goals.
• Lead in-market execution including retail programs, promotions, events, and product kits.
• Partner with Sales on retailer requests and with Innovation on new products and go-to-market plans.
• Connect cross-functional teams across Social Media, Ecommerce, Media, Sales, and Operations for cohesive brand story.
• Directly manage Social Media and Influencer/PR team, setting priorities and removing obstacles.
• Provide market feedback to inform brand and innovation decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in CPG brand management (beauty or skincare strongly preferred)
• Proven experience managing in-market execution and retail-driven initiatives
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery
• Organized, decisive communicator resilient in fast-paced environments
