What you will do

• Design and evolve creative testing frameworks that scale across hundreds of advertisers, defining variations, test structures, and internal cadences.
• Build repeatable systems for Meta creative strategy, including avatar-based ad grouping, ideation, testing, iteration, and scaling.
• Lead through direction, systems, and training by creating messaging frameworks, testing strategies, and documentation for creative and media buying teams.
• Evaluate creative performance precisely, analyzing metrics like thumb-stop, hooks, retention, and conversions to recommend iterations, scaling, or stops.
• Shape collaboration between creative and media buying teams, forming a brain trust on platform changes and shared best practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on Meta ads experience: personally run ads, understand creative-delivery-performance interactions, ideally agency-scale.
• True creative strategist mindset: think in systems, patterns, frameworks; obsessed with why ads work.
• Strong creative judgment with execution: hands-on creative/design background, diagnose weaknesses, coach creatives.
• Performance-obsessed: optimize Meta metrics, not just visuals.
• Deep fluency in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry.
