Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Own execution of annual brand plan, monitor performance against revenue goals, and steward brand priorities.
• Lead in-market activation calendar for retail programs, promotions, events, product kits, and retailer requests.
• Translate brand and innovation strategy into go-to-market plans and provide market feedback.
• Connect cross-functional teams including social media, ecommerce, media, sales, and operations for cohesive brand story.
• Directly manage social media, PR, and influencer team, setting priorities and removing obstacles.
• Potentially manage agency relationships and partner with innovation and sales teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in CPG brand management (beauty or skincare strongly preferred)
• Proven experience managing in-market execution and retail-driven initiatives
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Strong cross-functional collaborator managing competing priorities
• Organized, decisive, and resilient in fast-moving environments
• Clear communicator who brings structure to complexity
