What you will do

• Lead the technical service process throughout the sales cycle and deliver winning technical proposals to drive business growth.
• Plan and execute onsite catalyst services, including loading, startup, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal customer operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, predictions, and projections utilizing proprietary design programs and digital solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, managing all technical interactions and providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, sales, and product management to advance catalyst applications.
• Develop technical design guidelines, operating manuals, and enhance design and calculation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• 1-5+ years of experience in chemical plant process engineering, catalyst technology, or technical service.
• Work authorization in the US with the ability to travel to Canada.
• Required travel up to 50% throughout North and South America.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in technical software and Microsoft Office applications.
