What you will do

• Maintain regular communication with sales management to update stakeholders on account activity.
• Manage inventory and complete weekly reporting to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Conduct on-site testing to verify the safety and effectiveness of chemical treatment programs.
• Collaborate with sales and customer teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement decisions.
• Partner with plant owners to lead and implement process improvements in manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• B.S. in Science or Engineering (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in pulp & paper or water treatment industries.
• Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and making process improvements.
• Project management experience and strong relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Valliant, Oklahoma.
