Location: Remote (Must be based in the UK)

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with key chain partners to optimize global partnerships across destinations and regions.
  • Collaborate with Connectivity and Strategic Account teams to ensure hotel connections and quality control.
  • Analyze chain-specific trends to build partner roadmaps and improve overall performance.
  • Audit managed properties to ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness on points of sale.
  • Onboard new partners and provide training on extranet tools and company USPs.
  • Support Strategic Account Managers with reporting and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • Strong operational background in Connectivity within the travel industry.
  • Proven experience in a similar partner or account management role.
  • Proficiency in various contracting platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a proactive approach.
  • Fluent English required (Spanish or German is considered an asset).
