Location: Hybrid in Aix-en-Provence, France (3 mandatory on-site days per week)

What you will do

• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular engagement.
• Pitch and onboard new hotels to expand the company's network.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
• Market knowledge and existing contacts within the local hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet partners.
