TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (excluding D.C. and Hawaii); remote, hybrid, or onsite in Denver, CO.

Salary: $113,000–$147,000 base + uncapped monthly commission (OTE 20% of annual salary).

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a retention team of 8-12 individual contributors, overseeing hiring and performance management.
  • Manage the Sold Property function, guiding buyers through the listing transfer process to onboard new owners.
  • Consult with at-risk owners to resolve challenges and re-establish confidence in hirify.global's platform value.
  • Partner with Product and leadership to refine processes and programs that improve owner experience and reduce churn.
  • Own key team metrics including save rate, case volume, retention spend, and owner satisfaction.
  • Analyze owner feedback and departure trends to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, retention, or account management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or coaching teams with a proven track record of developing talent.
  • Must live in an approved US location by the first day of employment (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).
  • Strong communication skills, capable of being clear and direct in group and one-on-one settings.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex situations.
  • High level of organization and ability to delegate effectively across multiple workstreams.
