What you will do
- Design and maintain a learner-side analytics framework to track engagement, completion, and certification rates.
- Apply Kirkpatrick L1–L2 methodologies to assess learning effectiveness and knowledge gain across programs.
- Define and operate a quality rubric and intake gate for content entering the learner platform to ensure accessibility and alignment.
- Partner with engineering to define learner data structures, governance, and requirements within the unified learning platform.
- Build dashboards and signal feeds to inform campaign decisions and platform prioritization.
- Identify patterns and anomalies in learner data to proactively surface findings for business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in learning operations, learning analytics, or instructional systems.
- Proven track record of building measurement frameworks from scratch, including metric definition.
- Experience managing content review, acceptance criteria, or standards governance in a learning environment.
- Strong data fluency with experience using LMS, CRM, or BI platforms.
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate friction across organizational boundaries.
- Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View or San Diego, California.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kirkpatrick evaluation or equivalent learning effectiveness methodologies.
- Background in tax, accounting, financial services, or professional credentialing environments.
- Knowledge of assessment validity, psychometric practices, or credentialing standards.
- Familiarity with enterprise data or BI platforms in a talent context.
