Location: Remote within the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories). Core hours 9AM-2PM Pacific Time. Optional commuting for Bay Area or Providence, RI employees.

Salary: $100,000 to $125,000

What you will do

• Handle all onboarding and offboarding tasks including trainings, background checks, I9 verifications, and process improvements.
• Process employee lifecycle changes, maintain records, and track certifications in HRIS.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HRIS, policies, and verifications while ensuring confidentiality.
• Manage intranet content, job aids, and employee handbook updates.
• Support payroll and compensation with bonus processing, merit cycles, and testing.
• Provide backup for payroll and benefits, own service awards, and generate compliance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in People Operations or HRIS
• Proficiency in HRIS for data management, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle, HR compliance, and recordkeeping
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
