Salary: $204,000 - $255,000 USD (Tier 1 markets: NYC/SF/Seattle); geographic pay differential for other U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Lead strategy, governance, roadmap, and operations for HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance, workforce planning).
• Define and lead HR automation and AI strategy, evaluate and scale AI tools across HR processes.
• Partner with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to integrate systems and ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
• Evolve HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decisions with high data integrity.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption of HR systems and tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years in HR systems, HR technology, HRIS management.
• Strong technical understanding of HRIS platforms and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms in HR.
• Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.
• Experience scaling HR systems in hyper-growth company.
