Salary: $80,000 - $126,500 USD

What you will do

  • Lead strategic Workday initiatives, including implementations, integrations, and product updates.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple Workday modules including Core HR, Benefits, Talent, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize processes and deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Own data governance and ensure the integrity of associate data across all HR systems.
  • Manage complex configurations, testing, and deployment of Workday business processes.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic organizational decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with deep expertise in Workday.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in data governance, system optimization, and change management.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Deerfield, IL.
