TL;DR

Manager, Compensation and Rewards (FinTech): Provide analytical support for compensation benchmarking, program administration, offer modeling, and stakeholder partnership with an accent on data intelligence, survey submissions, benefits administration, and wellness strategy. Focus on ensuring competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation programs in a high-growth environment.

Location: Hybrid with on-site expectations of at least 3 days per week in NYC or San Francisco office. Candidates relocating to our hubs may be eligible for relocation assistance. Roles in New York, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City are hybrid.

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 USD base for Tier 1 markets (NYC/SF/Seattle); geographic pay differential for other U.S. locations.

What you will do

  • Act as a data-driven partner to HRBPs, Managers, and Talent Partners on compensation and rewards programs.
  • Handle compensation benchmarking, program administration, offer modeling, and data intelligence.
  • Manage survey submissions, benefits administration, and wellness strategy.
  • Ensure programs are competitive, equitable, and scalable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Hybrid role with at least 3 days per week on-site in NYC or San Francisco office.
  • U.S. locations with geographic pay adjustments.
  • Strong analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy.
  • Experience in compensation, rewards, HR analytics.
