What you will do

  • Define global compensation strategy aligned to business growth and market competitiveness.
  • Design scalable programs for base salary, incentives, equity, and executive compensation.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing compensation team.
  • Build job architecture, leveling, and career frameworks for organizational agility.
  • Own annual compensation processes like merit, bonus, and equity refresh.
  • Leverage AI and analytics for decision-making, market insights, and pay equity.

Requirements

  • 12+ years compensation experience in high-growth tech/software companies
  • Proven scaling of programs in fast-moving environments (pre/post-IPO).
  • Deep equity design expertise for attraction and retention.
  • Strong executive presence and compensation committee experience.
  • Analytical skills with data modeling and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of US and global pay practices, transparency laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
