What you will do

• Conduct regular individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans and maintain detailed records.
• Perform intake, readmission, and supportive follow-up services for patients.
• Coordinate care with community providers and perform necessary referrals.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors to implement new programs and manage caseloads.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid tCADC, CADC, or ICADC certification/license per state requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with proper judgment.
• Capacity to react quickly and make effective decisions in stressful situations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of human behavior and addiction rehabilitation.
• Compliance with federal and state regulations regarding licensure and degrees.
