What you will do

• Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy sessions via telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and compile patient medical data including health history
• Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic support focused solely on patient care and documentation
• Participate in monthly chart reviews as part of peer review QA process

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT license in Texas
• Master's degree from accredited program (CSWE for LCSW, CACREP for LPC/LMHC, COAMFTE for LMFT)
• 2+ years (LCSW) or 3+ years (LPC/LMHC, LMFT) unsupervised post-licensure psychotherapy experience
• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Experience with technology, digital tools, and platforms; keep up with continuing education
• Licensure in multiple states highly valued
