Salary: $115,000 - $167,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to forecast and align headcount needs against organizational strategy and roadmap.
• Build sophisticated financial and operational models connecting business drivers to staffing, recruiting, and budget implications.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and metrics to highlight staffing utilization and capacity gaps.
• Apply probabilistic modeling, Python-based simulations, and AI to optimize resource efficiency and cost trade-offs.
• Lead monthly headcount analysis and vendor management strategy reviews.
• Automate manual reporting workflows and improve data integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, management consulting, FP&A, or strategic operations in a fast-scaling tech environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance).
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and advanced financial modeling in Excel/Gsheets.
• Experience with BI tools (Mode, Tableau) and building/maintaining DBT models.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.
